Strike Fighter Squadron 83 (VFA-83) "Rampagers" Homecoming with the U.S.S. Eisenhower (CVN-69) at Naval Station Norfolk

I was very privileged to be asked by VFA-83 to travel to Virginia Beach and spend two days with the squadron recording their homecoming from a 6 month deployment in the Gulf.  On Tuesday July 27th I recorded the squadron's homecoming at NAS Oceana and on Wednesday July 28th I was at Naval Station Norfolk to record the squadron's homecoming as the USS Eisenhower (CVN-69) returned to port.  It was an incredible two days. 

I would like to thank LCDR Brian "Kookey" Mello, CDR Scott "Intake" Kartvedt, and the aviatiors and family members of VFA-83 for permitting me to be a part of this amazing event, it is something I will never forget.
