February 27, 2003 - Afghan President Hamid Karzai answers a reporter's question about if they have made any plans incase he has to leave office. President Karzai replied, ''We have -- after the assassination attempt on me, we had a number of mechanisms that we discussed that should be used and put into effect in an event of my death, either by an accident or natural or whatever, or if I'm fed up and I resigned.''  © Mike Lynaugh
