April 3, 2003 - Secretary of Defense, Donald Rumsfeld (Left) listens to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Richard Myers respond to a reporters question about our progress in Operation Iraqi Freedom. The General replied, "Air strikes continue. In the last 24 hours coalition air forces have flown more than 1,000 sorties over Iraq.
