December 11, 2001 - Secretary of Defense, Donald Rumsfeld stands and addresses the audience during the 3-month anniversary services to honor those lost on the terror attacks on September 11, 2001. The damaged section of the Pentagon has already been removed and you can see that reconstruction has already begun.
