Due to operational requirements, the originally scheduled 2010 Charleston Air Force Base Air Expo had to be cancelled at the last minute.  However, the Blue Angles decided they wanted to stay in Charleston for Navy Week which was to correspond with the air show.  They worked out a plan to perform over Charleston Harbor and put on a great show for the estimated 40,000 people that showed up on both sides of the Cooper River to watch their display.
