CDR Rick Burgess Change of Command Ceremony - NAS Oceana - November 20, 2014
 
I was very honored to be asked to attend Commander Rick Burgess' Change of Command Cemeremony at NAS Oceana this past Thursday. I knew it would be a special event that I would never forget, but I didn't realize until I was there how much it meant to me to be a part of this amazing Naval tradition.


After 16 months of commanding Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 103 "Jolly Rogers", Commander Burgess handed over command of the squadron to Commander Scott Buchar.


Thank you very much for Commander Rick Burgess, his wife Tori Burgess, Commander Buchar, and his wife Stacey Karcz Buchar for letting me be a part of this amazing event, and making me feel like part of the squadron!
